Hogan Transportation is seeking a Fleet Manager to provide operational leadership for drivers assigned to a customer account. You will act as a liaison to ensure high-quality service, oversee on-time deliveries, and resolve employee-related issues to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include coaching drivers, hiring recommendations, performance reviews, scheduling, route planning, and maintaining safety compliance. This role emphasizes customer focus and efficient fleet operations.

Formación

• 2–5 years experience in the transportation/trucking industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage drivers’ activities to meet client expectations and Hogan policies.
• Identify and address driver performance issues through coaching and discipline.
• Interview prospective drivers and make hiring recommendations.
• Conduct 30- and 60-day performance reviews.
• Coordinate services for customers to maximize profits.
• Ensure on-time pickup and delivery and route planning.
• Maintain safety and compliance with laws.
