Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in transportation/trucking.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Manages drivers to meet client expectations and policies.
• Interviews prospective drivers and supports hiring decisions.
• Conducts driver 30- and 60-day performance reviews.
• Coaches, trains, and reinforces drivers on safety and company practices.
• Coordinates services and schedules to maximize profits.
• Monitors driver performance and activities.
• Ensures on-time pickup and delivery performance.
