Job summary

Telecon is seeking a Technical Fleet Services Coordinator to collaborate with our Fleet Services team to keep vehicle maintenance up to date and manage spare assets across U.S. operations.

The role is full-time with hybrid work at our Tacoma yard, and occasional travel to Telecon locations is expected. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs, audits, and deliveries, while ensuring timely maintenance and accurate fleet records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years coordinating fleet maintenance or commercial vehicle operations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience with light- and heavy-duty vehicles or equipment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management practices and software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with facilities, dealerships, and mobile providers.
• Ensure defects reported by drivers are addressed promptly.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and service intervals.
• Schedule maintenance appointments and follow up with drivers.
