Job summary

AAA Northeast is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor in Peabody, MA to oversee daily Fleet driver activities and ensure world-class service. You will interview, hire, train, and evaluate drivers, emphasizing safety, policy adherence, and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required or 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
• 1-3 years on-the-job tow experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Active and valid driver's license issued by one state or jurisdiction required.
• DOT card pre-hire and as a current employee within 1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activity of Fleet drivers and schedules to meet service demand.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and evaluates staff; ensures safety and policy compliance.
• Delivers driver training on policies, safety, and AAA products/services.
• Resolves service issues and ensures member satisfaction and safety.
• Performs vehicle inspections and maintains fleet records; assists with accident forms.
• Opens/closes Fleet Operations Center and supports field operations.
