Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in transportation or logistics.
• Dispatch experience with TMW preferred.
• Proficiency in coordinating loads and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Balance drivers health and safety with customer requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure DOT compliance.
• Manage utilization of vehicle assets across district.
• Facilitate communication between drivers, terminal manager, and customers.
• Monitor driver progress and ensure timely, compliant load delivery.
• Ensure FMCSA requirements are met for drivers.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
