CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Manager to coordinate daily fleet operations, manage dispatch activity, and ensure safe, on-time service.

This role partners with internal teams to support driver engagement and service reliability across shifts, including off-hours. The position requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, plus experience in dispatch or fleet operations and knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and transportation safety requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Manage dispatch activities and coordinate freight movement to ensure compliance, safety, and on-time performance.
• Partner with fleet managers to support driver communication and operational consistency across shifts.
• Maintain open, timely communication with drivers, internal departments, and customer teams to ensure reliable service.
• Ensure drivers comply with DOT and HOS regulations; report safety or compliance concerns promptly.
• Track load status and driver availability; identify and communicate potential service issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and customer service teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain flexibility to support 24/7 operations and unplanned events.
