Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 2-5 years experience in the transportation/trucking industry.

Responsibilities

• Manages drivers' activities to meet client expectations and Hogan policies.
• Addresses driver performance issues through coaching and discipline as needed.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes hiring recommendations.
• Conducts 30- and 60-day driver performance reviews.
• Coordinates services to maximize profits and meet customer schedules.
• Monitors driver performance, schedules, and routes to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensures safety compliance with federal/state/local laws and company policies.
