Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages drivers' activities and ensures drivers follow Hogan policies and meet client expectations.
• Identifies and addresses driver performance issues through coaching and discipline.
• Interviews prospective drivers and makes hiring recommendations.
• Conducts 30- and 60-day driver performance reviews.
• Coaches, trains, and reinforces drivers on customer satisfaction, Hogan policies, and safety.
• Coordinates services for customers including schedules to maximize profits.
• Schedules and directs drivers to locations based on customer requests.
