Job summary

Crescent Energy is seeking a Fleet Supervisor in Houston to lead field fleet operations and supervise fleet staff. You will coordinate maintenance, telematics, and driver support to ensure reliable service and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with field teams and vendors, and driving improvements in fleet data accuracy, performance, and safety compliance. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with 5+ years in fleet/field operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fleet or field operations in a multi-location environment.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience supervising administrative, field support or vendor-management work.
• Strong knowledge of fleet operations, maintenance coordination, and fuel controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach fleet staff to support field operations.
• Coordinate maintenance, telematics, and roadside services for fleet.
• Liaise with field personnel and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor fleet data, driver assignments, and service performance to drive improvements.
• Support implementation of fleet standards and training materials.
