Job summary

Crescent Energy is looking for a Fleet Specialist to support our field fleet program across multiple sites. You will coordinate spare vehicle checkouts, maintenance, roadside assistance, and vendor coordination to keep field operations running safely and efficiently.

In this role you will verify telematics and in-vehicle equipment, assist with upfitting, and maintain accurate records while partnering with field leaders, drivers, and service providers. Travel to field locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical, automotive, logistics, or business coursework is a plus.
• Hands-on experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, roadside assistance, towing, or fleet support is preferred.
• Experience with fleet management systems, telematics, in-cab camera programs, and vehicle equipment or upfitting is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vehicles, vendors, and service needs.

Responsibilities

• Field Fleet Support & Vehicle Availability: coordinate spare vehicle checkouts, returns, assignments, and readiness.
• Maintenance, Roadside Assistance & Towing: schedule maintenance and coordinate service providers to minimize downtime.
• Telematics, Camera & Vehicle Equipment Support: verify installation and operation of telematics and cameras; troubleshoot issues.
• Vendor Coordination & Program Compliance: guide drivers to approved providers and escalate gaps in service or availability.
• Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements for safety, uptime, and cost control.
