Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with relevant field experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in related field can substitute for diploma.
• Master's degree with 1 year experience acceptable.
• Ph.D. with up to 1 year experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.
• Identify opportunities for service and operational improvement.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day direction for technicians and staff.
• Bridge communication between field technicians and clients for updates and approvals.
• Prepare and present estimates, secure client approvals, and maintain documentation.
• Forecast service needs with clients and recommend uptime-increasing solutions.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, quality review, and customer support.
• Monitor safety protocols and promote a zero-injury culture.
• Manage vehicle operations including maintenance, compliance, reporting, scheduling, and fleet assets.
