The role entails staffing, scheduling, workflow planning, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fleet operations or maintenance leadership.
• Experience coordinating technicians and client relations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.
• Provide leadership and direction for technicians and staff within assigned areas.
• Bridge communication between field technicians and clients with clear approvals and updates.
• Prepare and present estimates, secure client approvals, and maintain records.
• Forecast service needs with clients and propose uptime-improving solutions.
• Lead end-to-end operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow planning.
