Crescent Energy is seeking a Fleet Program Leader to supervise field fleet support staff and align fleet services with operations across multiple sites. You will coordinate telematics, device health, data quality, and vendor management, driving continuous improvement, cost control, and safe driving.

Strong analytical skills and cross‑functional communication are essential to provide actionable insights for field leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of fleet, transportation, field operations, or related experience in multi-location environments.
• Prior experience supervising or leading administrative, field support, or vendor-management work is preferred.
• Experience with fleet management systems, telematics, in-cab camera programs, maintenance coordination, and fuel programs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, coach, and prioritize the work of the fleet specialist support staff for field operations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison for Crescent field personnel and fleet program vendors.
• Coordinate fleet services, vehicle availability, and operating standards with operations.
• Oversee field-level execution of the fleet management provider’s services, including maintenance coordination and roadside assistance.
• Monitor fleet data and service activity to identify cost-saving and performance-improvement opportunities.
• Develop, validate, and distribute fleet, telematics, and camera reports for field and leadership teams.
