Partnering with Fleet staff, branch leadership, vendors, and Accounting, the role focuses on uptime, telematics, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, with strong analytics, communication, and a track record of process improvements in multi-location fleets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or related field.
• Experience leading teams across multiple locations.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations.
• Experience with fleet management systems and telematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Fleet Department operations to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective fleet performance.
• Manage fleet maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, repairs, vehicle readiness, and vendor services to maximize uptime.
• Monitor vendor performance, contracts, billing accuracy, and issue resolution.
• Support DOT/FMCSA compliance inspections, documentation, and audits.
• Analyze telematics data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare operational reports and KPI summaries for leadership.
