Job summary

Crescent Energy seeks a Fleet Support Specialist to coordinate field vehicle availability, maintenance, and telematics across multiple field locations. You will work with field leaders, drivers, and vendors to ensure vehicle uptime and compliance with Crescent standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in fleet-related roles, experience with telematics and maintenance coordination, and strong organizational skills. This on-site role offers growth in a multi-location upstream operation.

Qualifications

3+ years of fleet, vehicle maintenance, transportation, field operations, or related experience.
Hands-on experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, roadside assistance, towing, or fleet support is preferred.
Experience with fleet management systems, telematics, in-cab camera programs, and vehicle equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate spare vehicle checkouts, returns, assignments, and readiness with field teams.
Schedule and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance with providers.
Coordinate roadside assistance and towing efforts; track repair status.
Verify telematics and camera equipment are installed and functioning.
Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
