Job summary

Crescent Energy, a leading U.S. energy company, seeks a Fleet Specialist to provide hands-on field support for the fleet program. You will work with field leaders, drivers, and the Fleet Supervisor to keep vehicles safe, available, and properly equipped, including telematics and in-vehicle systems.

The role emphasizes coordinating maintenance, roadside assistance, and upfitting while ensuring records meet Crescent standards. Located in Midland, TX with travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fleet, vehicle maintenance, transportation, or field operations experience.
• Hands-on experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, roadside assistance, towing, or fleet support.
• Experience with fleet management systems and telematics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate spare vehicle checkouts, returns, assignments, and readiness with field teams.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate roadside assistance, towing, and related repair activity; escalate as needed.
• Verify telematics, cameras, and equipment are installed and functioning; report issues.
• Assist with vehicle upfitting and equipment changes; ensure records meet standards.
• Document recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance safety and uptime.
