• Track productivity, optimize shift performance and lead meetings.
• Triage unscheduled drive-ins and communicate with customers, assigning work.
• Manage warranty policies, shop tooling, parts inventory, and equipment needs.
• Oversee safety, quality inspections and adherence to procedures.
• Develop staff and ensure proper training and qualifications.
