Job summary

AV Fleet is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a large team of Operations Coordinators and 80 drivers in a fast-paced, on-site yard in San Francisco. You will own scheduling, drive KPI tracking, and ensure compliance with California wage and hour laws.

You will coach and develop staff, manage timekeeping and incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high performance and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Two+ years supervising an hourly workforce in delivery/logistics or similar.
• Experience building schedules and timekeeping for 20+ hourly employees.
• Comfort with scheduling, timekeeping, dispatch software, and spreadsheets.
• Availability for early morning, evening, and weekend shifts on rotating basis.
• Clear communication and ability to coach and document.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Coordinators team of ~80 drivers and set priorities.
• Own the schedule and forecasted volume, manage call-outs and overtime.
• Coach drivers and coordinators with performance conversations.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Track attendance and KPIs; respond to incidents and improve outcomes.
