Job summary

Flexdrive, a Lyft subsidiary, is building the leadership team for a Nashville AV depot. Reporting to the Senior Manager, AV Operations, this hands-on leader will own and evolve operational playbooks and serve as the primary operational lead ensuring seamless depot operations, safety, and performance.

You will manage 24/7 fleet management activities, coordinate with AV technology partners, drive KPIs, and mentor a team of operators and technicians in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading/site management in complex fleet or AV operations.
• Experience executing playbooks and managing physical infrastructure.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays for 24/7 depot ops.
• Strong people management, scheduling, and safety culture.
• Analytical, able to translate data into improvements.
• Leadership ability in fast-paced operations with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational execution for 24/7 AV fleet management.
• Manage resources (equipment, staffing, consumables) to maximize uptime.
• Oversee SOPs, SLAs, and safety protocols for depot operations.
• Collaborate with AV technology partners and vendors.
• Drive performance KPIs and continuous improvement.
