Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager for the AV/EV segment. You will lead multi-site field operations, oversee Fleet Managers, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction across the region.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in fleet or field operations, with EV/AV experience preferred. Travel 50–75% is expected, including regional coverage and ongoing program development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet/field operations leadership across multiple sites.
• Experience with EV/AV or high-voltage systems preferred.
• Proven ability to develop managers and dispersed teams.
• Strong employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage escalations and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day multi-site field operations across an AV/EV region.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable Fleet Managers and regional leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency across sites.
• Monitor KPIs, technician productivity, scheduling, and SLAs.
• Staff sites appropriately with leadership coverage and resources.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and performance matters.
• Support new site launches, fleet ramps, and transitions to EV/AV.
• Drive corrective actions to close performance gaps and risks.
