Amerit Fleet Solutions is hiring a Regional Fleet Manager for the AV/EV segment in the Los Angeles area. This role leads multi-site field operations, manages Fleet Managers and regional teams, and drives performance across safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and training to support new AV/EV platforms and technologies, with travel up to 25% and on-site leadership across the region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet or field operations leadership, managing leaders and multi-site teams.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and automotive operations, EV/AV experience preferred.
• Proven ability to develop managers, technicians, and dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day multi-site field operations across an AV/EV region.
• Lead, develop, and hold accountable Fleet Managers and regional leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, customer satisfaction, fleet availability, productivity, and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, repair-order performance, technician productivity, staffing, scheduling, and SLAs.
• Staff sites adequately and ensure leadership coverage, tools, processes, and resources.
