Job summary

Flexdrive seeks a hands-on leader to own and evolve the operational playbooks for AV fleet operations. You will act as the primary operational head at the Nashville depot, driving daily performance, problem-solving, and adherence to safety protocols while partnering with Lyft teams on fleet health initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in site management, general management, or operational leadership.
• Strong understanding of complex fleet management, logistics, or AV operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional people management skills and safety culture focus.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret daily performance data.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day operational systems for 24/7 AV fleet management at the depot.
• Manage resources (equipment, technology, staffing) to maximize uptime.
• Lead site operations, enforcing safety and SOPs/SLAs.
• Monitor KPIs and address bottlenecks in performance and cost per vehicle.
• Lead on-site teams and collaborate with AV partners and vendors.
