Job summary

TSMG in San Francisco is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Lead (AVOS) to oversee the daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets supporting testing programs, commercial services, and new city launches across North America.

You will coordinate Safety Operators, Depot Specialists, Senior Technicians, and SDS Specialists to keep vehicles safe, available and deployment-ready, while driving KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet operations or mobility services.
• Experience leading 24/7 operations or shift-based teams.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with autonomous vehicle or robotaxi operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of AV and robotaxi fleets across one or more depots.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready for testing and commercial deployment.
• Monitor fleet utilization, uptime, charging, and readiness.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and depot activities to maximize efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage 24/7 operations staff.
• Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and risk mitigation plans.
• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory/compliance adherence.
