Job summary

Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking a Regional Fleet Manager to lead our AV/EV field operations across multiple sites in the San Francisco region. This on-site role oversees Fleet Managers and field technicians, ensuring safety, service quality, and fleet performance while driving staffing and financial results.

The position requires 5+ years in fleet/operations leadership, strong KPI discipline, and the ability to travel 25% across the region.

Qualifications

5+ years of fleet, automotive, transportation, or field operations leadership.
Experience leading managers and geographically dispersed teams.
Strong customer-service orientation with ability to manage escalations.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day multi-site field operations across an assigned AV/EV region.
Lead, develop, and hold accountable Fleet Managers and regional leaders.
Ensure consistency in Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Fleet Availability, and Productivity.
Monitor KPIs, repair-order performance, technician productivity, staffing, and SLAs.
Partner with HR, Recruiting, and Training on workforce planning and development.
Develop leadership bench and ensure consistent management practices region-wide.
