Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics preferred.
• 2–3 years of fleet management or transportation experience (truckload) preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain driver relationships through understanding and meeting driver needs.
• Partner with the Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads.
• Understand and adhere to customer dynamics and initiatives to improve value.
• Interface with billing, vans, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and vendors.
• Work with managers to fill and maintain a full board of drivers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dedicated Logistics Manager.
• Maintain timely attendance according to the scheduled shift.
