Job summary

IES Holdings is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, insured, registered, and scheduled for service. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, staff, and management to optimize fleet efficiency and performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety standards, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a fleet inventory with make/model, purchase date, mileage, and repairs.
• Coordinate with insurers to file vehicle claims.
• Coordinate with accounting to arrange payments for services.
• Monitor, record, and report non-conforming drivers per policy.
• Schedule vehicle repairs and maintenance; manage fleet inbox.
• Audit and revise vehicle information in the company database.
• Order and track safety kits and decals; conduct monthly audits.
• Assist with monthly invoicing and KPI reports.
• Provide backup for vehicle maintenance approvals and purchases.
