Job summary

Catawba Valley Engineering & Testing (CVET) is seeking a full-time Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily vehicle operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This role also handles organizing jobs, receipts, invoicing, and other administrative duties.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience with fleet management and IFTA knowledge is a plus, along with strong communication skills to liaise with drivers and

Qualifications

• Experience managing fleet with maintenance, safety, and compliance.
• Familiarity with IFTA tax compliance is a plus.
• Strong invoicing and customer inquiry handling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, ensure maintenance, insurance and regulatory compliance.
• Track mileage logs, CDL compliance, and IFTA records.
• Maintain inspection and maintenance logs, repair docs.
• Assist drivers with fleet-related issues and safety concerns.
• Review credit card receipts and support invoicing and job setup.
