Job summary

Zipcar is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in New York to keep our vehicles safe, clean, and ready for members. You will coordinate repairs, assist with hands-on fleet work, and monitor fleet reports to optimize availability.

You will work with internal teams and external vendors, maintain up-to-date tickets and systems, and support fleet moves and prep. This on-site role requires organization and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work varied shifts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with fleet management or logistics is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs from start to finish with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with hands-on fleet work when needed.
• Monitor fleet reports daily for repairs, recalls, holds, and availability.
• Support fleet moves, prep, and documentation.
• Keep tickets and trackers up to date for visibility.
• Respond to internal fleet requests and ensure resolution.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and updates with partners.
• Handle other fleet-related tasks as needed.
