Job summary

Zipcar is seeking a Fleet Operations Associate in New York City. You will help ensure vehicles are clean, maintained and available for members, traveling around the city to support operations.

You'll coordinate vehicle readiness, assist with tire changes, fueling, cleaning, and may help with tow or repair coordination while delivering reliable service to Zipcar members. Must be flexible to 40-hour weeks including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong time management to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with operations team for vehicle status updates.
• Flexible to work 40-hour weeks including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors; weather and other conditions vary.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to carry tools and marketing materials up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline member of the Fleet Operations Team and ensure member satisfaction.
• Coordinate vehicle readiness and status updates across the city.
