Zipcar, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage repairs from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The role includes hands-on fleet work, daily fleet monitoring, and maintaining up-to-date documentation across systems to ensure vehicle availability for members.

The position requires on-site presence, valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Avis Budget Group supports a diverse workforce and offers comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Must have valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and multitask across priorities.
• Strong relationship skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Experience with ticket-based workflows and fleet operations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate vehicle repairs from start to finish with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist with hands-on fleet work when needed.
• Monitor fleet reports daily to identify vehicles needing attention or recalls.
• Support vehicle in-fleets, de-fleets, moves and prep with internal teams.
• Keep fleet systems and tickets up to date for visibility across the team.
• Respond to fleet requests and ensure completion through to resolution.
• Coordinate repairs within partner fleet programs and track progress.
• Handle other fleet-related tasks as business needs change.
