Job summary

Zipcar is seeking a Fleet Coordinator in Philadelphia to guide the field team in ensuring vehicles are ready, clean, and available for members. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to keep vehicles on schedule and in good condition.

The role involves managing repair lifecycles, updating work-management systems with ETAs and notes, and assisting with field tasks as needed. A hands-on approach and strong vendor relations are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the repair life cycle of vehicles with ABG supply chain partners and vendors.
• Keep fleet available by moving vehicles and assisting with tickets.
• Update Zipcar’s platform daily with ETAs and repair notes.
• Coordinate defleets for disposal.
• Assist with field work as needed.
