Qualifications

• Must be able to coordinate repairs from start to finish and track progress.
• Experience with online, ticket-based workflows and fleet systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle repairs with internal teams and vendors from start to finish.
• Assist with hands-on fleet tasks and field work as needed.
• Monitor fleet reports daily to identify vehicles needing attention and updates.
• Support vehicle in-fleets, de-fleets, moves, and prep tasks by coordinating with teams.
• Keep fleet systems and tickets up to date for visibility across the team.
• Respond to fleet requests and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with partner fleet programs and report updates to relevant teams.
