Job summary

SIXT in San Diego is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to oversee daily fleet operations, manage repairs, track work orders, and ensure every vehicle is ready for action. You will conduct inventory checks, coordinate with dealers and body shops, and support a smooth rental process.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, organization, and teamwork. You will work 40 hours per week with occasional travel, enjoy comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a global mobility

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities to deliver data-driven insights and reporting.
• Highly organized to manage fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication with all stakeholders to drive results.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, with 5–10% travel, some by plane.
• Willing to wear a uniform; multilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, and creating purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory updates.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including reports and repairs; track fleet demand.
