Job summary

SIXT in Las Vegas is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to organize, coordinate, and optimize fleet operations. You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and ensure every vehicle is ready for action with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

You will handle daily inventory, scheduling maintenance, preparing vehicles for rental, and liaising with dealerships and body shops to keep the fleet performing at its best. This role offers growth opportunities and a starting wage of $22.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Analytical abilities and data-driven insights to improve fleet operations.
• Organized management of fleet inventory, repair schedules, and documentation.
• Team player thriving in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all stakeholders.
• 40 hours per week, day or evening shifts, travel 5-10% (air travel possible).
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, add documentation, decals, and tags in the inventory system.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, coordinate repairs.
• Monitor shifts, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan fleet demand.
