Job summary

SIXT USA in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Fleet Support Administrator who keeps our rental fleet running smoothly. You will perform daily inventory checks, coordinates with dealerships and body shops for repairs, and assist with maintenance scheduling and cost estimates.

You\'ll prepare new vehicles for rental, oversee disposal prep, and track shifts, vehicle movements, and future fleet demand. The role offers flexible hours, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

Perform daily inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.

Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders.
Prepare new vehicles for rental and add to inventory system.
Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal and complete condition reports.
