Job summary

SIXT is hiring a Fleet Support Administrator in Phoenix to ensure smooth fleet operations, manage repairs, and oversee work orders. You’ll coordinate with dealerships and body shops to ensure timely repairs and keep vehicles ready for rental, while supporting the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling and procurement processes.

You will also prepare new vehicles for rental with proper documentation and inventory entries, oversee disposals, and monitor fleet movements across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fleet inventory checks and manage vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs and maintenance scheduling.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and system entry.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shifts, track vehicle movements, and plan for future fleet demand.
