Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in Kailua, Hawaii to manage daily fleet operations, repairs, and work orders, ensuring vehicles are rental-ready. You will handle inventory checks, coordinate with dealerships and body shops, and support the Fleet Manager on scheduling and documentation.

You’ll contribute to data-driven analysis, maintain organized records, and assist with driver coordination. The role offers a starting hourly wage of $25.50, 40 hours per week, and travel up to 10%

Qualifications

• Highly organized with inventory, repair schedules, work orders and docs.
• Team player thriving in fast-paced settings with multiple duties.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, and travel 5–10% as needed.
• Willing to wear company uniform; language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and coordinate vehicle availability.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, and purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, including documentation, decals, and tagging.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal with condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and planning for future fleet demand.
