Job summary

SIXT in Kailua, Hawaii seeks a Fleet Support Administrator to keep our rental fleet ready for action. You will manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure smooth fleet performance.

Qualifications

• Analytical abilities to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized with experience managing inventory, repair schedules, and documentation.
• Team player capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders to deliver results.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week with day/evening shifts; travel 5-10% (air travel possible).
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking other languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and coordinate vehicle availability with dealerships and body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental including documentation, decals, and tagging.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal with condition reports and repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
