Job summary

Sixt US in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage repairs, work orders, and the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring every vehicle is rental-ready. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $18.50 per hour.

You will coordinate with dealers and body shops, assist the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling and purchase orders, prepare new vehicles for rental, and track fleet activities to optimize availability and utilization.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs, work orders, and daily fleet operations to keep vehicles rental-ready.
• Assist Fleet Manager with scheduling maintenance, obtaining estimates, and generating purchase orders.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory entry.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal, including condition reports and repairs coordination.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and future fleet demand.
