Job summary

SIXT USA in Kailua, HI is seeking a Fleet Assistant to support daily fleet operations, inventory, and documentation, with an hourly rate of $21.25. The role involves coordinating maintenance, preparing vehicles for rental, and ensuring accurate records.

You will work with the Fleet Manager and dealership body shops, handle vehicle tagging, disposals, and assist with accident reporting and registrations, while traveling up to 5-10% and maintaining a professional uniform.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year admin experience in auto dealership or car rental preferred.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office familiarity.
• Valid US driver's license with clean record.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week and travel 5-10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily fleet inventory checks and vehicle tracking.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance, repairs, and estimates.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, document, tag inventory.
• Assist with vehicle disposal preparations and condition reports.
• Support accident reporting, subrogation tasks, and tag registrations/ renewals.
