Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in Hawaii to orchestrate fleet operations, manage repairs, and oversee work orders. You’ll ensure vehicles are ready for rental by coordinating with dealerships, body shops, and internal teams.

The role offers flexibility and growth, with a starting pay of $25.50 per hour. You will monitor inventory, schedule maintenance, prepare new vehicles for rental, and track fleet movements to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Manage repairs, oversee work orders, and coordinate daily fleet operations.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and coordinate vehicle availability with dealers and body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, estimating, and PO generation.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, update inventory records, and apply decals/tags.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal and track shift activities and future demand.
