Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator in Miami, FL to oversee daily fleet operations, repairs, and work orders. You will ensure vehicles are ready for rental while coordinating with dealerships and body shops.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and smooth day-to-day fleet management. The position offers 40-hour weeks, opportunities for growth, and a starting hourly rate of $18.50.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical abilities to deliver data-driven insights for fleet operations.
• Highly organized, able to manage fleet inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Willing to work 40 hours/week, with 5–10% travel, including some air travel.
• Willing to wear a company uniform; speaking additional languages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations with daily inventory checks, vehicle availability, and coordinating repairs with dealerships/body shops.
• Assist Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance/repairs, obtaining estimates, generating POs, and coordinating drivers.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory system entry.
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, complete condition reports, verify equipment, arrange repairs.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and plan for future fleet demand.
