Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator at Tampa International Airport to manage daily fleet operations, including inventory checks, vehicle availability, and coordination with dealerships for timely repairs. The role supports the Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling, purchase orders, and driver assignments, ensuring vehicles are ready for rental.

You'll prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation and tagging, oversee disposal readiness, and monitor shift activities and demand

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing fleet data and generating reports.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory, repairs, and documentation.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with drivers, dealerships, and body shops.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inventory checks and verify vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance scheduling and PO generation.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation and tagging.
• Oversee vehicle disposal preparation and condition reports.
• Monitor shift activities, vehicle movements, and future demand.
