Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations via daily inventory checks and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs.
• Assist Fleet Manager with maintenance planning, estimates, purchase orders, and driver coordination.
• Prepare new vehicles for rental with documentation, decals, and inventory system entry.
• Oversee vehicle preparation for disposal: condition reports and repairs.
