Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a Corporate Fleet Account Manager in Nutley, NJ to oversee the fleet-washing program for corporate clients. You will be the primary liaison between the client, on-site crews, and Excel management, coordinating 6,000 washes per month and ensuring safety and quality standards.

This in-office role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules, reports, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's single point of contact for the fleet-washing program.
• Manage approximately 6,000 scheduled vehicle washes per month across assigned markets.
• Develop weekly and monthly washing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle availability with client locations.
• Provide schedules and daily assignments to Crew Leads.
• Monitor production and track weekly and monthly targets.
• Review daily Crew Lead production reports and service records.
• Coordinate re-washes, field visits, and quality inspections.
• Ensure safety and wastewater-compliance procedures.
• Prepare weekly/monthly client KPI reporting and conduct performance reviews.
