Job summary

Excel Facility Services Group is seeking a Corporate Fleet Account Manager in Nutley, NJ to oversee the fleet-washing program. You will serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients, locations, Excel management and field crews, and manage thousands of scheduled washes monthly.

The role is an in-office position with a focus on scheduling, client coordination, and performance tracking to meet weekly targets and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating fleet-washing programs or similar operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's single point of contact for the fleet-washing program.
• Manage approximately 6,000 scheduled vehicle washes per month across assigned markets.
• Develop weekly and monthly washing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle availability with client locations.
• Provide schedules and daily assignments to Crew Leads.
• Monitor production and track weekly and weekly targets.
• Review daily production reports and verify documentation.
