Chick-fil-A Frisco Lakes & Chick-fil-A Windsong & 380 is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician—Class B to service a range of delivery equipment, including heavy duty tractors, refrigeration units, insulated trailers, and hydraulic liftgates. The role emphasizes safe, timely repairs to maximize equipment availability for restaurant delivery operations.

The technician will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and maintain thorough documentation

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of relevant work experience.
Must acquire EPA 608 & EPA 609 Licenses within 6 months of hire.
Tech must have provide basic hand tools.
Proficient in diagnosing and repairing brake systems (air and hydraulic).
Working knowledge of diesel engines and refrigeration systems; able to perform repairs.
Knowledge of hydraulic liftgates; troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical problems.
Able to walk extensively and stand long hours; lift 30-60 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform duties following Chick-fil-A safety standards.
Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
Document repairs and create work orders in the Fleet Maintenance Management System.
