Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to service and repair delivery equipment including heavy-duty tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment availability for delivery operations.

The role requires EPA licenses within 6 months, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Requires EPA 608 & EPA 609 licenses within 6 months of hire.
• Proficient in diagnostics and repair of brake systems (air and hydraulic).
• Knowledge of diesel engines and refrigeration systems; able to perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Complete documentation and work orders in the Fleet Maintenance Management System.
• Repair tractors, trailers, and other delivery equipment.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
