• Monitor scheduled pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time performance and compliance with DOT rules.
• Provide leadership and support to drivers, fostering a positive, safety‑mocused work environment.
• Coordinate routing for home time and equipment at authorized locations.
• Communicate service disruptions and changes to all stakeholders to maintain delivery timelines.
