Frontier Leasing Inc. is seeking a Driver Manager to lead a fleet of professional van and flatbed drivers in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Joplin, MO. You will balance customer needs with operational priorities, providing daily support and ensuring safe, efficient freight movement.

The role emphasizes building strong driver relationships, coordinating dispatch, and maintaining DOT compliance. You will work closely with customers, operations, and internal departments to keep commitments

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in transportation or logistics environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, Hours of Service (HOS), and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned drivers and provide daily support and guidance.
• Coordinate freight assignments and driver schedules for safe, on-time deliveries.
• Build relationships with drivers to promote retention and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Support customers and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Analyze fleet performance to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation.
